The mark on the Calibration jig for laser alignment could not be recognized. The position at where
the Calibration jig has been set may be wrong or something is wrong with VCS.
[Treatment]
Please check the jig position and see if the jig is set to be able to see the first mark and second mark
illuminations of the Calibration block from the two holes on the jig. If the jig position is correct, then
something may be wrong with VCS.
