E650264 PWB Conveying Error : PWB conveying time out error of Output buffer. The process is forcibly
terminated. Please remove on the conveying route
传送基板错误 :|从中心缓冲区到出口缓冲区,基板移动超时。
[Cause]
The OUT sensor on the Output buffer did not get ON although a certain amount of time has passed
since the C-OUT sensor on the center station got OFF when conveying the PWB on the center station
in to the Output buffer. Usually, this error occurs when a PWB can not go through the Output buffer
for some reason.
[Treatment]
1 If the PWB is on the position where it is NOT detected by the C-OUT sensor on the center
station or the OUT sensor on the Output buffer.
The PWB can not move for it got caught on the conveyor for some reason.
1) The PWB can not go through smoothly since the conveyor is not connecting well to the machine in
the upper part of the line. Please re-adjust the connection.
2) The PWB you are trying to convey does not match the specifications of your machine. The
following cases do not match your machine.
‧A PWB with thickness of 0.3mm or less. Or a PWB with thickness of 4mm or more.
‧A PWB with mass of 2kg or more.
2 he error occurred since the stopper came up and prevented the PWB from going through the
conveyor when conveying the PWB out from the center station.
The error occurs if the C-OUT sensor gets temporarily OFF before the PWB has gone out of the
station.
1) The error occurs if the C-OUT sensor gets temporarily OFF before letting the PWB go because
the PWB has holes on it or the edge of the PWB is chipped. Please select [Setup(S)] [Setup(S)] from
the menu bar, and then select [Setting Group(G)] [PWB conveyor(C)]. Set 'Delay for conveyor sensor'
to disable the holes or chips on PWBs.
2) The error occurs if C-OUT sensor temporarily gets OFF because the PWB has a part that fully
reflects. This error is likely to occur when you use boards such as metal jig board. As a treatment,
please set 'Delay for conveyor sensor', following the steps mentioned in the treatment1.
3 If the belt was moving for a while after the PWB got to the OUT sensor position when the error
occurred.
The OUT sensor is not detecting the PWB. Please select[Manual Control] from the menu bar, and
then select [Control(C)] [Conveyor(C)] [[Independent Control of Conveyor(I)] to see the status of
STOP sensor on the center station on the Exit side in the 'Status' frame.
1) The sensitivity of the OUT sensor on the center station on the Exit side may be too low. Please
re-adjust the sensitivity of the sensor, using the volume control knob attached to the sensor.
2) If the treatment1 does not work, there is a possibility that the OUT sensor on the center station on
the Exit side is broken. It could be that the wiring came off the connector part, that a contact pin in
the connector part is broken, that wiring got cut off, or that sensor itself is broken. Please examine the
wiring and the connector. If any of them are broken, you need to replace them with new ones.
3) If the treatment2 does not work, a PCB is broken or the wiring between the PCB is bad.
E650265 PWB Conveying Error : PWB conveying time out error of Output buffer. The process is forcibly
terminated. Please remove on the conveying route
传送基板错误 :|出口缓冲区,基板搬出超时。
[Cause]
The error occurs when letting a PWB on the OUT buffer go based on a PWB request signal sent from
a machine in the lower part of the line, but the OUT sensor does not get OFF after a certain amount of
time has passed since the sensor got OFF and then ON again. Usually, this error occurs when a PWB
can not go through the Output buffer for some reason.
[Treatment]
1 If the PWB was on the position where it is detected by OUT sensor when the error occurred.
The PWB can not move for it got caught on the conveyor for some reason.
1) The PWB can not go through smoothly since the conveyor is not connecting well to the machine in
the lower part of the line. Please re-adjust the connection.
2) The conveyor width is not matching the PWB width. Please re-adjust the conveyor width.
3) The PWB you are trying to convey does not match the specifications of your machine. The
following cases do not match your machine.
‧A PWB with thickness of 0.3mm or less. Or a PWB with thickness of 4mm or more.
‧A PWB with mass of 2kg or more.
2 If the PWB was NOT on the position where it is detected by OUT sensor when the error
occurred.
If the OUT sensor does not get OFF when a PWB is properly being conveyed, there is a possibility
that the sensor is detecting something else. Please select [Manual Control] from the menu bar, and
then select [Control(C)] [Conveyor(C)] [Independent Control of Conveyor(I)] to see the status of
OUT sensor in the 'Status' frame.
1) If there is anything that OUT sensor reacts to underneath the OUT sensor, please remove it from
under the sensor or change the position of the sensor.
2) If the treatment1 does not work, please adjust the sensitivity of the sensor, using the volume
control knob attached to the sensor.
3) If the treatment2 does not work, there is a possibility that the OUT sensor is broken. It could be
that the wiring came off the connector part, that a contact pin in the connector part is broken, that
wiring got cut off, or that sensor itself is broken. Please examine the wiring and the connector. If any
of them are broken, you need to replace them with new ones.
4) If the treatment 3 does not work, a PCB is broken or the wiring between the PCBs is bad.
E650266 PWB Conveying Error :| Shutter time out error of OUT buffer.”
传送基板错误 :|出口快门超时。
E650267 PWB Conveying Error :| C.OUT sensor ON detection error when OUT sensor ON is detected.”
传送基板错误 :|OUT传感器ON时,发现C.OUT传感器ON错误。
E650271 Clamp error : Backup plate of the center station went up illegally. The process is forcibly
terminated. Please remove on the conveying route
基板固定错误 :|中心缓冲区,支撑台上升失败。
[Cause]
The backup plate did not get to the aimed clamp height. This error usually occurs when there happens
a mechanical hindrance to make the backup plate go up.
[Treatment]
1 If the backup table was up when the error occurred.
1) Ref. pin or a follower pin (or both of them) does not get in a Ref. pin hole on the PWB. Please set
the positions of the Ref. pin and the follower pin correctly to the position of the Ref. Hole.
2) An implement or component got caught between the PWB and the center station. Please see if
there is anything to obstruct clamping between the PWB and the center station.
3) The backup pin is pushing up the back side of the PWB on which components are already mounted.
Please change the position of the backup pin to make it touch the PWB.
4) The thickness of PWB was set to significantly thin in the PWB data. Please re-enter the correct
thickness.
2 Backup table went up at a high speed, and the continuous collision sound came out.
1) The encoder that decides a position of PWB may be broken. It could be that the wiring came off
the connector part, that a contact pin in the connector part is broken, that wiring got cut off, or that the
encoder itself is broken. Please examine the wiring and connector part If any of them are broken, you
need to replace them with new ones.
2) There is a possibility that the screw that holds the encoder and the encoder axis together is loose.
Please examine if the screw is tightened up enough.
3) If the treatments above do not work, PCB is broken or the wiring between the PCBs is bad.
3 The motor made a noise but the backup table did not come up.
There is a possibility that the up-and-down motion system under the backup table has a problem. The
timing belt, the screw that holds a belt pulley, or the screw that holds a motor may be loose. Please
see if the each part is tightened up enough.
4 The backup table did not come up and the motor did not make any noise.
1) There is a possibility that the driving step motor is broken. It could be that the wiring came off the
connector part, that a contact pin of the connector part is broken, that wiring got cut off, or that sensor
itself is broken. Please examine the wiring and connector part. If any of them are broken, you need to
replace them with new ones.
