Decrease the specified IC marks to the maximum or less.
W3865 Position conflicts betweer feeder and IC collection belt.

Appears if the installation position is different from the position specified for the absorption data,
with the IC recycle belt enabled during the MSL setup.

Excessive line configuration has been set during the MSL setup to the largest PWB size.

Find out the PWB size available for the line configuration set during the MSL setup.
