‧The installation position of the Backup pin detecting sensor is wrong.
‧The Backup pin detecting sensor is broken.
[Treatment]
‧If a cause of the abortion is a detected backup pin, please adjust a position of the backup pin.
‧If a cause of the abortion is an interference with a conveying unit, please adjust a position of the
conveying unit.
‧Please adjust the position of a unit that interferes.
‧Since the Backup pin detecting sensor has separated light emitter and light receiver. Therefore,
the sensor could be ON if the installation positions of the emitter and receiver are wrong. If there is
anything to interfere the sensor but the sensor is ON, you need to adjust the installation position of the
sensor.
Please examine the status of the sensor by adjusting the Auto. PWB Width Alignment control with
Manual control.
