The shorter side of the component has to be detected first in the outline measurement. However, the
longer side is detected first so the relation between the longer side and the shorter side does not meet
that of the Component data. There is a possibility that setting of component size or the feeding angle
is wrong.
1): The first component width detected.
2): The lengthwise component size in the Component data.
3): The second component width detected.
4): The widthwise component size in the Component data.
