● Need to enable 3D Mode.
● Can adjust the location for the coplanarity ROI based on the predefined list.

1. Lead Inspection
● Consists of 2 modes.
Mode Description
Relative Software will calculate the average height for each lead and
used it as the reference height for lifted lead inspection.
Absolute Lead Height (um) that we keyin will be used as the reference
height for lifted lead inspection.
2. Lead Height
● To pre set the height for the lead.
● Need to use this value during lifted lead inspection.
