Solder Height Thres (um)
● It’s used to set the minimum height requirement for the solder joint.
● May vary when component body lifted happened.

1. Solder Profile
● Using 2D (Grayscale) and 3D(Height)
● Include Bumpy solder Inspection as fail criteria.
● Pass Criteria for single pixel:
a. Measured Grayscale < Joint Grey Thres
b. Solder Height (%) > Joint Height Thres (%).
c. OR Relation between 2D and 3D as pass criteria for single pixel
● The overall pass criteria depends on:
a. Solder Width (%) > Solder Width Thres (%)
b. Solder Length (%) > Solder Length Thres (%)
c. Both solder Length and Solder Width must pass.

1. Enable Side Fillet
● Tick to enable side fillet inspection.
● By 2D only. (Grayscale)
2. Box Mode
3. Joint Image Plane
● Select the one that having best contrast among the Joint Area
and background.
4. Threshold Range
● To set the range (Min & Max) of threshold to pass the Side Fillet
algorithm.
● For eg, Threshold Range to 70 - 190, the measured greyscale
that fall between 70 to 190 will consider as pass.

5. Coverage Range (%)
● Coverage range is used to set the range (Min & Max)
of coverage to pass the Side Fillet algorithm.
● For eg, when coverage range is set to 80 - 100, the
measured coverage that fall between 80 to 100 will
consider as pass.
