g. Coplan Thres
● Vertical:
The measured height difference between the two coplanarity
inspection boxes in vertical direction.
● Horizontal:
The measured height difference between the two coplanarity
inspection boxes in horizontal direction.
3. Coplan Alternative
● Add another AND relationship coplan alternative which different
in the coplan location.

● Tick this to enable 3D Damaged Inspection
i. Damaged Location
● To adjust the location for the damages inspection boxes.
● The smaller the percentage, The inner the boxes towards the centroid
j. Damaged Thres
● Software will check the height of these 4 boxes, the component will fail as
“Damaged” if the absolute height different between any one of the ROI's height
and component height higher than damaged threshold.

1. 3D Geometry Measure
● Tick this to enable the 3D Damaged inspection.
● Consists of minimum/maximum measure for length/width.
● Unit can be in % or um.
2. Min Length Measure
a. Disable to off this inspection.
b. Unit in %
● If Expected component length = 1000um & Min Length Thres set
to 50%
● Fail when Measured Length < 1000um - [1000um*(50/100)]
c. Unit in um
● If Expected component length = 1000um & Min Length Thres set
to 100um
● Fail when Measured Length < 1000um - 100um
