7. Lead Height (um)
● To pre set the height for the lead.
● Need to use this value during lifted lead inspection.
8. Lifted Lead Inspection
● Relative - Software will calculate the average height for each
lead and used it as the reference height for lifted lead
inspection.
● Absolute - Lead Height (um) that we keyin will be used as the
reference height for lifted lead inspection.

1. Solder Inspection
● Solder Inspection consists of 3 mode. Which are:

Terminal Reference:
Solder height qualification is based on the height (%) between lead
terminal & PCB surface
Base Reference:
Solder height qualification is based on the height (um) measured from
PCB surface.
