a. Slope Profile
● Enable or Disable Slope Profile Inspection.
b. Slope Position
● Location for slope profile inspection
c. Slope Toe Image Plane
● These are the types of 2D Lighting. Select the one with having
highest contrast among interested inspection region and the
background.
d. Slope Toe Grey Thres
● 2D Gray threshold to decide if there is excess solder at Toe area
e. Slope Toe Height
● Height threshold from PCB surface, to decide if there is solder at toe
area
f. Slope Toe Coverage Thres
● Threshold to qualify the coverage of solder at toe area
g. Slope Solder Height Thres
● Height threshold to qualify Solder Height Inspection

S-type Algorithm - Side Fillets
126
1. Toe Logic
● OR Toe Fillet Check - Toe & Side in OR relation
● AND Toe Fillet Check - Toe & Side in AND relation
2. SF Logic
● Both Must Pass: Means that both side fillet boxes must pass in
order for the overall side fillet inspection to pass. This is the
default value.
● Combine Boxes: Means that the pixels in the two fillets are
combined and treated as a single side fillet box. One box can be
slightly below the SF Coverage Threshold if the other is exceeds
the SF Coverage Threshold by the same amount.
● One Must Pass: Means that the overall side fillet passes if
either side fillet box passes.
3. SF Size & SF Offset
● To adjust the sizes for SF ROI & offset for SF ROI.
