1. Pad Mode
● Auto: Select this if you have epad & epin informations.
● Manual: Select this to self define the pad location.
2. Lead Direction
● To select the direction for lead .
● Either in horizontal or vertical.
3. Number of Leads
● To define the number of lead.
4. Lead Pitch
● To define the distance between 2 leads.
5. Lead Relocation
● Lead relocation is used to relocate the lead by using lead box
after locate body successfully.
● This feature will increase cycle time..

7. Lead Height (um)
● To pre set the height for the lead.
● Need to use this value during lifted lead inspection.
8. Lifted Lead Inspection
● Relative - Software will calculate the average height for each
lead and used it as the reference height for lifted lead
inspection.
● Absolute - Lead Height (um) that we keyin will be used as the
reference height for lifted lead inspection.
