h. 3D Damaged Inspection
Tick this to enable 3D Damaged Inspection
i. Damaged Location
To adjust the location for the damages inspection boxes.
The smaller the percentage, The inner the boxes towards the centroid
j. Damaged Thres
Software will check the height of these 4 boxes, the component will fail as
“Damaged” if the absolute height different between any one of the ROI's height
and component height higher than damaged threshold.

to 100um
