1. Lead Inspection
● Consists of 2 modes.
Mode Description
Relative Software will calculate the average height for each lead and
used it as the reference height for lifted lead inspection.
Absolute Lead Height (um) that we keyin will be used as the reference
height for lifted lead inspection.
2. Lead Height
● To pre set the height for the lead.
● Need to use this value during lifted lead inspection.

4. Tip Length (%)

● To adjust the sizes and the offset for joint inspection boxes
2. Joint Image Plane
● These are the types of 2D Lighting. Select the one with having highest
contrast among interested inspection region and the background.
● Usually choose angle 2+3
3. Joint Follow Locator
● Tick this to enable the joint inspection ROI follow the locator.
4. Joint Grey Thres
● Usually set to 160

● To set the percentage to pass the joint inspection.
