*2 Output Mode
It can be selected how to discharge P.C.B.’s to the output machine.
Standard : The main machine turns on the P.C.B. transfer signal
in response to a P.C.B. requirement signal transmitted
from the output machine and keeps on discharging
P.C.B.’s until the P.C.B. requirement signal is turned
off.
When the P.C.B. requirement signal is not turned off
within the specified time after the main machine has
started discharging P.C.B.’s, the main machine stops
running in an error condition.
Interval : The main machine turns on a P.C.B. transfer signal in
response to a P.C.B. requirement signal transmitted
from the output machine and activates the conveyor
to discharge P.C.B.’s for the specified period of time.
*3 Hold P.C.B.
It can be determined whether or not P.C.B.'s should be retained on
the L conveyor, the table chute, and the R conveyor.
3P (Standard) : Three pieces of P.C.B.'s are retained on the
L conveyor, the table chute, and the R con
veyor.
2P : Two pieces of P.C.B.'s are retained on the L
conveyor and the table chute.
1P : A P.C.B. is retained on the L conveyor. It is
printed and discharged when a request sig-
nal from the output machine is “ON”.
(a) Select “2P” to prevent any foreign substances from
adhering to a printed P.C.B. on the R conveyor.
(b) When “1P” is selected, the P.C.B. on the R conveyor
is not transferred onto the P.C.B. table when the re-
quest signal from the output machine is “OFF”.
*4 Auto Run/Stop
It can be determined whether or not the machine should be started
or stopped automatically.
When you turn on the desired check box, a check mark (;) ap-
pears inside the box, indicating that the function is selected.

Auto Stop Mode: When this mode is selected, the machine auto-
matically stops running in the following case A
or B.
A. The machine stops running based on the fol-
lowing criteria.
1) There is no P.C.B. inside the machine.
2) The machine is waiting for a P.C.B. to be
transferred from the input machine and
more than 2 seconds has elapsed since
the "RUN" signal of the input machine is
turned off.
B. The machine stops running based on the
following criteria
1) There is no P.C.B. inside the machine.
2) The input machine is stopped.
Auto Line Start Mode : When this mode is selected and the out-
put machine starts the automatic opera-
tion, the main machine is interlocked and
also starts its automatic operation.
This function does not work while the screen saver func-
tion is activated.
Auto Line Stop Mode : When this mode is selected and the out-
put machine stops the automatic opera-
tion, the main machine is interlocked and
also stops its automatic operation.
*5 Timer Setting (sec)
It can be determined how many seconds are required for the input
and output conveyors to be activated to receive a P.C.B. from the
input machine and discharge a P.C.B. to the output machine.
Input Conveyor : Enter the operating time of the input conveyor
in the text box.
Approximately 2 seconds must be added to
the time required to receive a P.C.B. from the
input machine and the total time must be en-
tered.
Output Conveyor : Enter the operating time of the output con-
veyor in the text box.
Approximately 2 seconds must be added to
the time required to discharge a P.C.B. to the
output machine and the total time must be
entered.
