(Cause 1) Self-Diagnostics Error Message
(Remedy 1) Zero all axes and re-start the operation.
If this operation does not reset the machine to its normal condition, con-
tact our service personnel for details.
1209000 Output Conveyor Operation was incompleted, within specified time.
Width Driver
(Cause 1) The driver is malfunctioning or an error has occurred during communication
with the host CPU.
(Remedy 1) Shut down the power of the machine once and power up the machine
again. After that, perform the zeroing operation.
If this operation does not reset the machine to its normal condition, the

Error ID Item Description
1210000 Output Conveyor The distance Table-X axis and outp.conv. exceeded min.limit.
Width Interlock
(Cause 1) The table X axis interlock sensors (BPH056 and BPH057) are defective.
(Cause 2) The operation timing is shifted from the normal one.
(Cause 3) The conveyor width was adjusted when the table X axis was brought close
to the right or the left. (during the manual operation)
(Remedy 1) Check how the sensors are working in "Device Check" window (submenu).
When the sensors are not working, it is required to replace the sensors
with new ones. Contact our service personnel for details.
(Remedy 2) Shut down the power of the machine once and power up the machine
again. After that, restart the operation. When the same error still occurs,
contact our service personnel for details.
(Remedy 3) Perform the zeroing operation and re-start the operation.
1211000 Output Conveyor PCB was exist on conveyor.
Width Interlock
(Cause 1) No operation is possible because a P.C.B. still exists on the conveyor.
(Cause 2) The P.C.B. detection sensor (BPH044 and BPH045) are defective.
(Remedy 1) Remove the P.C.B. and re-start the operation.
(Remedy 2) Check how the sensors are working in "Device Check" window (submenu).
When the sensors are not working, it is required to replace the sensors
with new ones. Contact our service personnel for details.
1212000 Output Conveyor The data was detected outside of the possible range.

1213000 Output Conveyor Zeroing Opn. Not Complete
Width Origin
(Cause 1) The motor axis was activated before the zeroing operation was completed.
(Remedy 1) Perform the zeroing operation.
1301000 P.C.B. Supply P.C.B. transfer signal was not off after P.C.B. detect.
1302000 P.C.B. Supply P.C.B. transfer signal is off before P.C.B. detect.
(Cause 1) Communication Error with Input Machine
(Remedy 1) Check the P.C.B. transfer signal from the input machine in the "Org./
Signal Info." tab sheet.
When the problem cannot be solved, contact our service personnel for
details.
1303000 Input Conveyor PCB from inp. machine was not received within specified
Overtime time.
(Cause 1) The set value of the timer is too short.
(Cause 2) The conveyor speed is too slow.
(Cause 3) The P.C.B. detection sensor (BPH041) is not working.
(Remedy 1) Set a larger parameter in the "Output Conveyor" text box of the "Timer
Setting (sec)" group box in the "Transfer Mode Set-up" tab sheet.
(Remedy 2) Turn up the variable resistor of the L conveyor speed control.
(Remedy 3) Check how the sensor is working in "Device Check" window (submenu).
When the sensor is not working, it is required to adjust the sensor posi-
tion or replace the sensor with a new one.
Contact our service personnel for details.
