Only the person in charge of maintenance should
perform this work.
Operation Procedure

(4) Remove the cap of the solvent tank and the inner lid and replenish
the supply of IPA (solvent).
(a) Be sure to fill the tank with solvent (approx. 1,500 ml
or less) such that the solvent does not reach the fit-
ting of the tank.
(b) If air is trapped in the tube running between the sol-
vent tank and the dispensing nozzle, the solvent may
not be discharged smoothly.
Use the [Dispense Solvent] switch on the rear opera-
tion panel to discharge a small amount of solvent until
the trapped air is forced out of the tube.
(C) Tighten the cap of the tank securely.
Otherwise, air will leak out of the tank, causing insuf-
ficient solvent supply. The internal lid of the tank may
also be blown out.
Fig. 5A54
The supply air pressure in the solvent tank is set
to "0.005 MPa (0.05 kgf/cm
2
)".
If more than the specified pressure is applied, the
solvent tank may burst.
Never change the set pressure.
Tighten the cap of the tank securely. Otherwise,
the internal lid of the tank may be blown out, caus-
ing some solvent to spill out. It will also result in
poisoning, skin inflammation, or degreasing by
organic solvent.
Try to wear goggles, protective gloves, a protec-
tive mask, etc., to protect against spills on ex-
posed skin.

Either one of the sizes (width: 280 mm or 350 mm) can be selected for
both cleaning paper and roller shaft (cylindrical device to take up the
cleaning paper) on the customer side and the selected pair is factory-
assembled upon shipment of the machine.
Consult our marketing department or sales agency for the detailed in-
formation on which pair of cleaning paper and roller shaft is required.
