1308000 P.C.B. Transfer PCB transfer to input conv. was not completed within speci-
Overtime fied time.
(Cause 1) The P.C.B. detection sensor (BPH041) is not set in the E/NR (Light Emitted
and Not Received) or the E/R (Light Emitted and Received) mode.
(Cause 2) The conveyor speed is too slow.
(Remedy 1) Check how the sensor is working in "Device Check" window (submenu).
When the sensor is not working, it is required to adjust the sensor posi-
tion or replace the sensor with a new one.
Contact our service personnel for details.
(Remedy 2) Turn up the variable resistor of the L conveyor speed control.
1309000 Input Conveyor A P.C.B. was transferred by the conveyor while the P.C.B.
Interlock backup axis was moving up.
1310000 Output Conveyor A P.C.B. was transferred by the conveyor while the P.C.B.
Interlock backup axis was moving up.
(Cause 1) Dirt adheres to the backup axis near origin sensor and the optical beam is
shielded.
(Cause 2) The backup axis near origin sensor is defective.
(Cause 3) The backup axis driver is malfunctioning or an error has occurred during
communication with the host CPU.
(Remedy 1) Wipe off the dirt on the sensor and zero the P.C.B. backup axis again.
(Remedy 2) It is required to replace the sensor with a new one. Contact our service
personnel for details.
(Remedy 3) Shut down the power of the machine once and power up the machine
again. After that, perform the zeroing operation.
If this operation does not reset the machine to its normal condition, the
driver may be defective. Contact our service personnel for details.

1317000 Table Section P.C.B. was on table.
Stopper Interlock
(Cause 1) The stopper was moved down when a P.C.B. is still on the table.
(during the manual operation)
(Cause 2) The P.C.B. check sensor (BPH071) is defective.
(Remedy 1) Remove the P.C.B. and re-start the operation.
(Remedy 2) Check how the sensor is working in "Device Check" window (submenu).
