0115000 Table X Interlock The distance Table-X axis and inp.conv. exceeded min.limit.
0116000 Table X interlock The distance Table-X axis and outp.conv. exceeded min.limit.
(Cause 1) The table was moved too far during the positional adjustment of the table
section.
(Remedy 1) Power up the machine again and then perform the zeroing operation.
0117000 Table X Interlock P.C.B. exist between table and conveyor.
(Cause 1) The operation was re-started without the P.C.B. removed after a transfer
error.
(Cause 2) The P.C.B. check photosensor (BPH041) is defective.
(Remedy 1) Remove the P.C.B. and then re-start the operation.
(Remedy 2) The sensor might have detected the conveyor.
Adjust the sensor position.
Also, check how the sensor works in the “DEVICE CHECK” window
(submenu). When the sensor is not working, it is required to replace the
sensor with a new one. Contact our service personnel for details.
0118000 Table X Timing Task has not been completed unable to continue.
0119000 Table X Data The data was detected outside of the possible range.
(Cause 1) Self-Diagnostics Error Message
(Remedy 1) Zero all axes and re-start the operation.

(Cause 1) The motor axis was activated before the zeroing operation was completed.
(Remedy 1) Perform the zeroing operation.

(Remedy 3) Shut down the power of the machine once and power up the machine
again. After that, perform the zeroing operation.
If this operation does not reset the machine to its normal condition, the

0202000 Table Z Origin Detect lost pulse error.
(Cause 1) The motor is overloaded and has a loss of synchronism.
(Remedy 1) Check for any obstacle around the table Z axis and then perform the

(Cause 1) The P.E.C. recognition X-axis origin photosensor (BPH351) is defective.
(Cause 2) The operation timing is shifted from the normal one.
(Remedy 1) Check how the sensor is working in “Device Check” window (submenu).
When the sensor is not working, it is required to replace the sensor with
a new one. Contact our service personnel for details.
