1323000 P.C.B. Chuck P.C.B. clamp move error
When the P.C.B. horizontal clamping function was manually activated, the P.C.B. clamp-
ing forward limit sensor (BPH050) was not turned ON within the specified time.
Even if an error occurs when this manual operation is performed with the P.C.B. set in
the table section, it is not regarded as an error.
(Cause 1) The P.C.B. clamping pressure is too low.
(Cause 2) The P.C.B. clamping forward limit sensor is defective.
(Remedy 1) Adjust the P.C.B. clamping pressure.
(Remedy 2) Check how the sensor is working in "Device Check" window (submenu).
When the sensor is not working, it is required to replace the sensor with
a new one. Contact our service personnel for details.
1401000 Squeegee Table-Z Axis is not at print pos.
Up/Down Axis
(Cause 1) The table has not moved up yet. (during the manual operation)
(Remedy 1) Move up the table and re-start the operation.
1402000 Squeegee Squeegee Up/Down cylinder moving error
Up/Down Axis
(Cause 1) The position of the upper limit sensors (BPS060 and BPS062) is shifted
from the correct one.
(Cause 2) The upper limit sensor is defective.
(Cause 3) The squeegee cylinder is malfunctioning.
(Remedy 1) Adjust the cylinder sensor position.
(Remedy 2) Check how the sensors are working in "Device Check" window (submenu).
When the sensors are not working, it is required to replace the sensors
with new ones. Contact our service personnel for details.

(Cause 1) The output value of the load cell is abnormal.
(Remedy 1) Check for any foreign substances around the squeegee up/down cylin-
der and confirm that the squeegee is correctly installed.

1406000 Printing Pressure Printing pressure exceeded upper range. (Average Value)
Setting
(Cause 1) The printing pressure got out of the specified one during printing.
(Remedy 1) Check the parameter set in the "Average" text box of the "Printing Press.
Error Setting" group box in the "Operation Mode" tab sheet.
Increase the value when the threshold severer than required is specified.
(Target Value: 50N)
Check if the amount of the supplied solder paste is too much or not.

(Remedy 2) Check for any foreign substances near the load cell.
When the same error still occurs, contact our service personnel for de-
tails.
1410000 Squeegee Up/Down Squeegee up/down cylinder, Squge.Y axis was not at
Interlock safety area.
(Cause 1) The range of the squeegee movement has exceeded the limited one.
(Remedy 1) Check if the parameters in the "Origin" and "Depth" text boxes of "Print
Area" in the P.C.B. Data" tab sheet ("Pattern Program" window) and the
parameters in the "Paste Size" and "Print Margin" group boxes in the
"Printing Condition" tab sheet ("OPN. MODE" window) are too large or
not.
1411000 Squeegee Up/Down Squeegee up/down cylinder, PCB was not exist on table.

(Cause 1) The squeegee was moved down when no P.C.B. was on the table.

(Remedy 1) Move up the table with a P.C.B. being clamped in the table section and
re-start the operation.
1412000 Squeegee Up/Down Squeegee up/down cylinder, PCB was not checked.

(Cause 1) The squeegee was moved down when a P.C.B. was not clamped on the
table. (during the manual operation)
(Remedy 1) Clamp the P.C.B. in the table section and move up the table. After that,
re-start the operation.
