(Cause 1) Although a manual operation cannot be implemented with a P.C.B. on the
input conveyor, such an operation was performed with a P.C.B.
(Remedy 1) Remove the P.C.B. on the input conveyor and re-start the operation.

again. After that, restart the operation.

tails.
(Remedy 2) Cancel the chuck suction operation through manual operation and re-
start the operation.
2114000 Operator's Error Vacuum plate can not use at vacuum cleaning on.
(Cause 1) The operation timing is shifted from the normal one.
(Cause 2) A chuck suction operation was performed during the vacuum cleaning (chuck
suction). (during the manual operation)
(Remedy 1) Shut down the power of the machine once and power up the machine
again. After that, restart the operation.

(Cause 1) The P.C.B. dimension (Y) in the current pattern program differs extremely
from the input conveyor width.
(Remedy 1) Open the "ALL PROD. CHG." window and change the conveyor width.
2118000 Operator's Error Screen recog. was not finished.
(Cause 1) An operation was performed to check the results of the screen recognition
although no screen recognition operation is performed yet.
(Remedy 1) Perform the screen recognition.
2121000 Operator's Error Not printed P.C.B. exists on the table.
(Cause 1) An unprinted P.C.B. was discharged during the automatic operation after an
error was canceled.
(Remedy 1) Remove the unprinted P.C.B. on the table and re-start the operation.
Click the table section (illustrated) in the "AUTO OPN." window to re-
move the P.C.B. from the memory of the machine whenever necessary.
2122000 Operator's Error Screen was not found.
(Cause 1) The screen clamping cancel check sensor (BPS094) is turned OFF.
(Remedy 1) Install the screen and re-start the operation.
When an error occurs even though the screen is installed, it is required to
adjust the sensor position or replace the sensor with a new one.
