(Cause 1) Self-Diagnostics Error Message
(Remedy 1) Shut down the power of the machine once and power up the machine
again. After that, restart the operation.
When the same error still occurs, contact our service personnel for de-
tails.
2001000 Cleaning Interlock P.E.C Recog-Y Axis is not at safety area.
(Cause 1) The cleaning nozzle was moved up when the P.C.B. recognition Y axis was
not located at its front escape position (origin position).
(during the manual operation)
(Cause 2) The P.C.B. recognition Y-axis near origin sensor (BPH331) is defective.
(Cause 3) The operation timing is shifted from the normal one.
(Remedy 1) Zero the P.C.B. recognition Y axis and re-start the operation.
(Remedy 2) Zero the P.C.B. recognition Y axis.
When the P.C.B. recognition Y axis cannot be zeroed, it is required to
replace the sensor with a new one. Contact our service personnel for
details.

2005000 Cleaning Cleaning nozzle up/down cylinder moving error
(Cause 1) The cleaning nozzle was moved up when the P.C.B. recognition Y axis was
not located at its front escape position (origin position).

(Cause 2) The P.C.B. recognition Y-axis near origin sensor (BPH331) is defective.
(Cause 3) The operation timing is shifted from the normal one.
(Remedy 1) Zero the P.C.B. recognition Y axis and re-start the operation.

2006000 Cleaning Cleaning paper feed error
(Cause 1) The paper feeder pitch detection sensor (BPH082) is not working.
(Cause 2) The inside of the cleaning paper roller is torn, making the rotation of the
paper cylinder idle.
(Cause 3) The belt of the take-up motor is not engaged correctly (some teeth not mesh-
ing with the belt).
(Remedy 1) Check for any dirt around the sensor and how the sensor is working in
the "DEVICE CHECK" window (submenu).
When the sensor is not working, it is required to adjust the sensor posi-
tion or replace the sensor with a new one.

(Remedy 2) Check the internal condition of the paper roller. If some area is torn, re-
place it with another one.
(Remedy 3) When you hear the sounds, indicating that some teeth do not mesh cor-
rectly with the belt during the take-up operation, it is required to adjust the
belt tension.
