number of
positioning runs
Shows how many
positioning runs have
already been performed
Waiting period
Set the axis traveling
speed in % here
(Default = 100%)
Shows the minimum/
maximum position which
the axis may travel to
Shows the
positioning time
deactivated:
Endurance test for linear axes
activated:
Endurance test for rotary axes
Goto Start
The axis moves to the start position
Goto End
The axis moves to the end position
Step
The axis moves in single steps
from the end position to the start
position or vice versa

1.4.4 How to Perform an Axis Reference Run
→ Doubleclick on the required axis in the Subsystem Control Center. This opens the Axis dialog
box.
→ Set a tick at Query to enable the query option. The status display will change.
→ Open the Axis Data dialog box with the button.
Note
Copy the current axis data (ma_achsen.mdb) from the station computer to the laptop (via
data carrier) and use this data. This ensures that you access the correct database for the axis
data. 1
→ Click on the Load from Database button. This opens a window in which the required data can
be selected. Specify the copied data here.
→ Click on the Geometric Data button.
Enter the travel profile for
the axis path.
Starting position and n x
