CYL 2001

Clamp – Grip magazine.

Unclamp – Release magazine.

CYL 2002

EXT – Position sensor near to the pinch wheel.

RET – Position sensor away from the pinch wheel.

CYL 2003

EXT – Kick the strip out from the magazine slot.

RET – Position the kicker away from the magazine.

CYL 2004

EXT – Position the elevator close to the transfer buffer lane.

RET – Position the elevator away from the transfer buffer lane.

4.12.2.5 Motor Control in Axis 1 (Y-Axis)

Pressing the MOTOR button on the Device Control screen (Figure 4-37) displays a configuration list of

motor driver parameters and the axis platform position.

Refer to 4.11 Station Main Menu Layout for interface descriptions.

The following selections are available in the "Pos Name" drop down list:

• Standby

• To Stn10 grippers (top conv)

• Place position (first lane)

• Manual load port position (bottom conv)

• 1

strip scan (SO only)

• Place position (last lane)
