4.12.4.5 Cylinder Control 3

OFF – The top pinch wheel is lifted up. This allows the output transfer claw to transfer the treated strips

under the pinch wheel track.

ON – The top pinch wheel is pressed down. This allows the output buffer roller to transfer the treated

strip from the output buffer lane into the magazine slot.

4.12.4.6 Cylinder Control 4

OFF – Allow strip transfer into the magazine slot.

ON – Block strip transfer into the magazine slot. This prevents the strip from over-travel when the output

claw is transferring the strip into the output buffer lane.

4.12.4.7 Motor Control in Axis 5 (Y-axis)

Pressing the MOTOR button on the Device Control screen (Figure 4-65)) displays a configuration list of

motor driver parameters and the axis platform position.

Refer to 4.11 Station Main Menu Layout for interface descriptions.

The following selections are available in the "Pos Name" drop down list:

• Standby

• To Stn50 grippers (top conv)

• Collect position (first lane)

• Manual unload port (bottom conv)

• Slot map position
