3. Select the desired recipe number for new production setup.

4. For example, Figure 4-103 shows Recipe 1 is selected. Enter the following criteria into the
screen.
a. Recipe Name: Name of Recipe 1.
b. Total Strip In Magazine: Number of magazine slots.
c. Total Lane Running: Number of strip lane kit.

4.16 Manual Magazine Loading and Unloading
4.16.1 Magazine Loading
1. Manually check the magazine replenish status through the HMI screen.
2. If the magazine is depleted, open the magazine loading cover (A1) (Figure 4-104).
3. Lift up the access cover until the latch is locked on the cover.

4. Prepare a magazine loaded with untreated strips.
Before loading magazine into manual loading port, ensure the magazine barcode (2)
and the loading direction (1) are displayed on the magazine top surface (Figure 4-105).
5. Press down both the strip feed in stopper latch (3) and the strip out stopper latch (4) to close
the magazine stopper bar.
Figure 4-105 shows the open position and close position of the stopper latch.

6. Hold the magazine and walk to the manual loading port area (Figure 4-106).
Do not touch the strips with bare hands. Use authorized hand gloves permitted by the
manufacturing plants.
