5.9.2 Loader Elevator Pitch Wheel Sensor (CYL 2002)
Cylinder 2002 is mounted with the sensor (strip sensors) plate in Station 20. The following steps explain
on how to remove and replace the cylinder:
To remove and replace the loader elevator pinch wheel cylinder (Figure 5-4):
1. Loosen four (4) screws (A) to separate the sensor plate (B) with the cylinder top plate (C).
2. Remove the sensor plate.
3. Loosen four (4) screws (D) to separate the cylinder with the spacer (E) that is mounting on
the cylinder plate.
4. Remove the cylinder.
5. Reverse the steps above to install a new cylinder into the module.

5.9.3 Loader Elevator Kicker (CYL 2003)
To remove and replace the loader elevator kicker cylinder (Figure 5-5):
1. Loosen two (2) screws (A) to separate cylinder 2003 with the adjustment mounting plate (B).
2. Remove the cylinder.
3. Reverse the steps above to install a new cylinder into the module.

5.9.4 Loader and Unloader Elevator Zero Gap (CYL 2004 and 4004)
Cylinder 2004 and 4004 are located in between the clamper holder plate.
To remove and replace the loader and unloader elevator zero gap cylinders (Figure 5-6):
1. Loosen the four (4) screws (A) to separate the right clamper holder plate (B) with the
cylinder (C).
2. Remove the right clamper plate.
3. Loosen the four (4) screws (D) to separate the left clamper holder plate (E) with the
cylinder.
4. Remove the left clamper plate.
5. Reverse the steps above to install a new cylinder into the module.
