Actuates the unloader elevator gripper.

Cylinder 4004: Unloader Elevator Zero Gap
Moves the magazine closer to the output buffer lane.
5 Axis 11: X-Axis Actuator
Positions the strip stopper at the rear of the output
magazine.

W010.11: Transfer Out Strip In Presence
Sensor
Confirms the kicked strip is absent at the buffer lane before
the kicker extends down.

W010.12: Transfer Out Strip Out Presence
Sensor
Confirms the strip is transferred to the magazine completely.

W011.02: Unloader Elevator Strip Counting
Present Sensor. Slot Mapping
Detects the presence of strips inside the magazine slots.
9 Strips ID Reader
Reads the strip identification data printed on the surface of
the strip, as shown in Figure 1-14.
10 Cylinder 4003: Unloader Kicker Z-Axis
Lifts the Unloader Kicker before indexing to the next output
buffer lane.
11 Cylinder 4002: Unloader Kicker X-Axis
Moves the Unloader Kicker in the X-axis direction
(horizontal movement).
12 Axis 6: Z-Axis Actuator
Transfers the clamped magazine in the Z-axis direction to
these positions:
• Input Magazine Conveyor - Magazine Loading
• Strip Transfer Buffer
•
Output Magazine Conveyor - Magazine Unloading

Presence Sensor
Ensures the magazine is flush with the gripper rear support
plate.
14 Axis 5: Y-Axis Actuator
Transfers the Loader Elevator Gripper in the Y-axis direction
to these positions:
• Input Magazine Conveyor - Magazine Loading
• Strip Transfer Buffer Lanes
•
Output Magazine Conveyor - Magazine Unloading

1.5.9 Unloader Lifter (Stn50)
This Unloader Lifter provides a magazine elevator motor (lifting up and down) to transfer the magazine
from the loading port module to the strip unloading buffer and overhead return conveyor modules. Refer
to 1.5.8 Strip Unloading Buffer (Stn40) for further part descriptions for this module.
