b) Ensure the stopper adjustment screw is in
the correct position.
Kicker sensor
Check sensor and sensor switch flag (I012.01
– unloader kicker present sensor).
Y-axis position
a) Ensure axis 5: Y-axis positions the
magazine at the center of the strip out lane.
b) Ensure the strip is transferred at the center
of the lane.
c) Ensure the Y-axis components are moving
smoothly.
Strip lane
a) Ensure no obstruction along the lane.
b) Ensure correct lane conversion is used.
Pinch wheel
Ensure pinch wheel does not block the strip
movement.
Output buffer
strip stopper
Ensure the stopper is extended/retracted in the
correct position.
Sensor
Check the following sensor functions:
I010.11 – unloader elevator strip in present
sensor.
I010.12 – unloader elevator strip out present
sensor.

a) Rectify any strip orientation that folded out
from the unloader lane slot.
b) Ensure the strip can move out and signals
the following sensors:
I010.11 – unloader elevator strip in present
sensor.
I010.12 – unloader elevator strip out present
sensor.
Y-axis position
a) Ensure axis 5: Y-axis positions the
magazine at the center of the strip out lane.
b) Ensure the strip is transfer at the center of
the lane.
c) Ensure the Y-axis components are moving
smoothly.

Ensure axis 4: X-axis positions the strip at the
correct unload position. The strip should pass
by more than the pinch wheel outer side (gap
= 3mm).

Ensure the magazine position is in the center
of the gripper.
Sensor
Check the following sensor functions:
I010.11 – unloader elevator strip in present
sensor.
I010.12 – unloader elevator strip out present

Check magazine Axis 6: Z-axis position gap.
Ensure the magazine outer sidewall position is
close to the elevator wall that faces parallel
with the magazine.

c) Ensure the sensor window can sense the
presence of the gripper detection shaft once
the magazine gripper cylinder is retracted.
