1.5.9 Unloader Lifter (Stn50)
This Unloader Lifter provides a magazine elevator motor (lifting up and down) to transfer the magazine
from the loading port module to the strip unloading buffer and overhead return conveyor modules. Refer
to 1.5.8 Strip Unloading Buffer (Stn40) for further part descriptions for this module.

1.6 Strip Dimensions and Identification
The FlexTRAK-OH system has a strip ID reader (Figure 1-14) to identify the strip’s unique identity code
printed on the strip surface. See 1.5.3 Strip Loading Buffer (Stn20) for more information.
The strip must be inserted into the magazine in the correct orientation. Ensure the magazine is loaded with
a good strip in terms of physical and data printing, clarity, and orientation (Figure 1-15).
