The following three ways are available to open the Edit Component Data dialog.
Search the component and open the Edit Component Data dialog

concurrently and the Search Component dialog shown in Figure 1-11
appears. Enter the component name and press Edit. The Edit Component Data dialog for the
component appears.

In another way, select Edit > Search from the menu-bar and the Search Data dialog shown in Figure
1-12 appears. Double-click the component. The Edit Component Data dialog for the component appears.

Click an arbitrary position on the image and press
Enter
.
The NG component data that is in the closest to the clicked position is displayed.
NOTE
This operation is available in Full View Screen and Enlarged View Screen.

Select Edit NG to open the Edit Component Data dialog
Step1: Select Edit > Edit NG from the menu-bar and the Edit Components dialog shown in Figure
1-13 appears.

Step2: Select the type of the component from the library.
Step3: Select the library name of the component and select the target component from Library
assigned.
Step4: Press Edit and the corresponding Edit Component Data dialog appears.
The display items of the Edit Components dialog are described in the table below.
Item Description
Send Library Transfers the speci ed library data to BF-Editor (optional system).
Inspect
Re-inspects all components that the selected library is used and displays the inspection result on
the Edit Components dialog.
Edit Opens the Edit Component Data dialog.
Consecutive The next component is automatically selected after closing the Edit Component Data dialog.
Exit Returns to the original inspection dialog.

1.1.8 Setting the Range
Surround an arbitrary area by mouse dragging. Inspection data of several components in the area
can be edited at once. This operation can be applied to both single and multiple components.
The Group Edit dialog shown in Figure 1-14 appears.

OK Applies changes and closes the dialog.
Cancel Cancels changes and closes the dialog.
NOTE
The above operation is available in Full View Screen and Enlarged View Screen.
The items on the Group Edit dialog are described in the table below.
Item Description
Set Block Number
If Sub number in the upper left side of the Edit Component Data
dialog (refer to Figure 1-10) needs to be changed, check Set Block
Number and enter an arbitrary value.
Fiducial Mark Number
If all data in the speci ed area needs to be corrected with the ducial
marks, check Fiducial Mark Number and enter an arbitrary ducial
mark number.
Delete component data Deletes all components data in the speci ed area.
Set common macro and library name
Uni es macro names and library names of all components data in
a speci ed area.
Setting parameter of selected parts
Sets the parameters of the inspection window of all components
data in a speci ed area collectively.
Selected Component
Set skip inspection
Excludes all components in a speci ed area from the target of the
inspection.
Set do inspection
Designates all components in a speci ed area as the target of the
inspection.
Block Skip
Set skip inspection
Excludes a given sub board from the target of the inspection.
Set do inspection
Designates a given sub board as inspection target.
Block Num Inputs the sub board number.
