1-1-1 前言
RS-1 系列,是下一代灵活·模块式贴片机生产线的核心,继承了以往构筑的模块化概念的灵活性能,
安全性、可靠性、维护性、经济性进一步提高的多连式工作头(Head)型通用贴片机。
由于采用了并联 8 吸嘴贴装头并且带有新开发的上下一体驱动功能,故可适用于 1 贴装头的解决方案,
0.25×0.125mm 的极小元件到 50×150mm 的大型元均可不更换贴装头就进行贴片。
因兼用 RF 供料器,在最优条件下实现了 42,000CPHRS-1R 47,000CPH)的贴装节拍,同时
准配备大功率旋转电机,可以贴装慣性矩较大的 50mm×150mm 尺寸元件。
并且,由于上述新开发的 8 吸嘴贴装头之移动行程覆盖到贴装区域 650mm,一个钳位与 650mm×
370mm两次钳位与 950mm×370mm,它可以搭载高达 1200mm×370mm 通过组合传输扩展在基
板上。RS-1XL 以对 650mm×560mm 的基板进行贴装。
再有,通过本机与楼生产率的提高支持系统的组合,可以以车间(=生产现场)为单位对贴片机上与
生产相关的各种业务和信息进行综合管理和优化提高生产率和产品质量,通过效率化帮助降低成本。
