About Warranty
The warranty is issued to cover the following machine faults and malfunctions.
What is covered
by the warranty
If any part of the machine fails to function properly under normal usage due to
defects in material or workmanship, it will be repaired by Samsung Techwin
Co.,Ltd. at no charge for either parts or labor.
Time period of
the warranty
The term of this warranty shall expire for any of the following cases.
18 months have elapsed after the delivery of the product
1 year has elapsed after installation of the product
2,400 hours have elapsed after the commencement of operation.
What is not
covered by the
warranty
Any of the following cases are not covered by this warranty
Data lost due to HDD damage. Back up is desirable.
Malfunction of the machine due to running applications, which are not any
part of the machine, or infected by any computer viruses.
Normal wear and tear due to long-term use or faults arising from normal
use (natural fading of coating and plating, wearing-out of parts, etc.)
Delicate changes do not affect the functional quality of the product (such as
noise of an operating controller, sound of a rotating motor, etc.)
Faults due to the ambient conditions (moisture, impurities, dust on the
machine, oil mist, etc.)
Faults resulting from the following cases are not covered by this warranty as
well:
Natural disasters such as earthquake, typhoon, flood, lightning strike, etc.,
or accident, and fire.
Reconstruction which is not approved by our company or agents.
Not performing back up for the data stored in the machine.
Use of parts or lubricating oil which are not designated
Insufficient or faulty maintenance or inspection.
Adjustments performed by persons other than designated agents.
However, the contents of the warranty stipulated at the time of purchase take precedence
over the above coverage.

Composition of this Manual
The manual for this machine is comprised as follows.
Introduction
Provides an overall description of the machine as follows;
Characteristics, specifications and name of the machine, configuration and
function of each unit, and installation and start-up operation of the machine
Operator’s Guide
Describes a series of processes through which the machine is started and stopped
during the production of PCBs;
Release of emergency stop state, error restoration, configuration of program
screen, start and stop of the machine, preparation of PCB production, production
start, machine stop, production completion, working area arranging and cleaning
Administrator’s Guide
Describes the program for PCB production or various system setups related to
the machine;
User’s account administration and authority setup, board definition, component
registration, feeding device setup, step programming, optimization, production
setup, teaching and placement test, machine calibration, system setup, machine
diagnosis, utility menu setup and production information management
Maintenance Reference
Provides an overall description of machine maintenance as follows;
Preparation for maintenance, daily inspection, periodical inspection, cleaning and
lubrication method, definition of consumables including replacement time and
method, and control part trouble inspection method
Troubleshooting Guide
Describes definition of errors and the method used to take measures against the
errors;
Definition of error codes and method to take measures against the errors.
Programming Tutorial
Provides a description of the machine operation processes in detail through
several examples;
Chip placement on general board, placement of odd-type component on array
board, and placement of odd-type component through import
Technical Reference
Provides information about the parts of the after sales service equipment and

This box selects one value from among several previously inputted values.
Combo box
This has the same function as the list box in that one of many inputted values can
be selected from this box. contrary to the list box, however, the entire values are
displayed by pressing an arrow button at lower right.
