Any of the following causes
is likely:
1) Recognition mark is out of
camera's view.
2) Recognition error
occurred due to dirt on
PCB^ etc.
3) Incorrect mounting point
recognition coordinates
(Single stop error occurred.)
Take measures shown with the
same number as that of the cause.
1) Using the inching function, move
the camera to the recognition mark
position and press the [Re-
recognize] button.
2) After cleaning the recognition
camera and PCB, press the [Re-
recognize] button. If the
recognition error occurs again,
press the [No Recognition] or
[Pass] button. [No Recognition]:
Move to the next action without
recognition. [Pass]: Pass the PCB.
3) Choose [Production data] -
[Correct] - [Mount] and enter the
correct mounting point recognition
coordinates.
