abnormal.

- Combination of

characteristic points could

not be determined in

positional relationship that

matches input shape

information.

Take any of the following measures:

1) Check the component registration

shape.Make sure the registration

shape position and size agree with

the status of the component image.

Perform production data teaching

and check the image in recognition

(image and registered shape data

overlapped).

2) Check the component pickup

position and pickup

condition.Make sure the

component pickup position is not

placed at the center and the

component is not likely to be in the

slanted pickup posture

3) Check the image status of the

component at both ends.If the

shape of the ends is unclear on the

image, adjust the lamp value and

correct the image status.If the

shape differs depending on the

component lot, delete the

applicable shape from the data.
