No feeder cover. Or tray
feeder not installed.
(Self-diagnosis error
occurred.)
Take any of the following measures:
1) Attach the feeder cover when the
feeder cart is used.
2) When the tray feeder is used,
install the tray feeder and then
insert the key in the tray feeder
detection switch.
3) If the error persists, choose
[Machine] - [Adjust] - [All] - [Input
confirm] and check that the feeder
cover is attached and the tray
detection switch is connected.

Any of the following causes
is likely:
1) Foreign body found at the
transfer opening.
2) Feeder cover not attached.
3) Emergency stop switch of
the adjoining machine has
been pressed.
(Self-diagnosis error
occurred.)
Take any of the following measures:
1) Remove any foreign body from
the transfer opening.
2) Attach the feeder cover.
3) Reset the emergency stop status
of the adjoining machine.

2) Feeder cover not attached.
3) Emergency stop switch of
the adjoining machine has
been pressed

Take any of the following measures:
1) Remove any foreign body from
the transfer opening.
2) Attach the feeder cover.
3) Reset the emergency stop status
of the adjoining machine.

1) Cover switch is disabled.
2) Only the feeder cover
connector
connected/disconnected
without opening/closing the
cover.
(Self-diagnosis error
occurred.)
Take any of the following
measures:Open/close the cover and
restart the machine.If the trouble
persists even after the above steps,
the cover switch may be
broken.Contact PFSC.

communication system or
trouble like hub power OFF

Check the communication system
and the power to the hub is
ON.When the simplified LNB is
used, check if the power to the
simplified LNB computer is ON. To
restart the LNB conveyor or
simplified LNB computer when the
machine is running, engage all the
machines in the cycle stop mode or
restart the machine from the main
menu.
