The detected electrode
pattern differs from the
registered pattern.The
required electrodes were not
detected.A shape similar to
an electrode was detected
near to a registered
electrode.This error also
occurs if an electrode is
detected in an unnecessary
location in recognition option:
unnecessary lead judgment.

Take any of the following measures:
1) Check the condition of the
component's electrodes.In case of
the error of Ans38 (30-39), an
error is detected when performing
detailed check.At this time, check
if the electrode arrangement data
is correct.On a particular note, with
Ans38 (35~39), processing for the
recognition option: unnecessary
lead judgment resulted that an
unnecessary electrode shape was
detected in an unregistered
position.
2) Check the image status
(brightness) of component's
electrodes.In case of error of
Ans38 (20~29), an error is
detected in the general positioning
processing of electrode
arrangement.At this time, check for
proper electrode size (width,
diameter), or check for proper
electrode image.If the electrodes
are unclear on the image, adjust
the lamp value.

Take any of the following measures:
1) Check the component pickup
condition.Make sure the picked up
component is not slanted or
improperly rotated.
2) Check the condition of the
electrodes.Check the component
for broken or bent electrodes.

component outer shape
position determined by
detected electrode position.
- The array corner mark of a
lead array or ball array
component obtained from
the detected outer electrode
was outside the recognition
window.The component
center position of a
unidirectional lead array
component obtained from
the lead array was outside
the recognition window.
- Detected electrode position
is out of recognition window.

Take any of the following measures:
1) Check the component pickup
condition.Check the component for
proper pickup angle.
2) Check the data related to
component size.If the component
is out of the screen on the
recognition error image, check the

arrangement.

Take any of the following measures:
1) Check the condition of the
electrodes.If the lead length of the
lead array components differs
partly, register the lead length
correctly.
2) Check the component pickup
position and pickup
condition.Make sure the
component pickup position is not
placed at the center and the
component is not likely to be in the
slanted pickup posture.

The degree of
perpendicularity of the
component outer edge
(molding) or lead array is
incorrect.The straight sides
of a square chip or the angle
between adjacent sides of a
lead array component are
not near to 90 degrees.The
lead array of a miniature
transistor or other
component is not
perpendicular because the
leads are not aligned in the
length direction.
