Parts Recognition Error
Judged as component not
being picked up in the
component pickup check
processing.Judged as
unmounted nozzle in the
nozzle recognition
processing before
production.(If unmounted
nozzle is determined^ Ans14
(16) error occurs.)
(Recognition error - No
component pickup)
Take any of the following measures:
1) Check the component pickup
position and pickup
condition.Make sure the
component pickup position is not
placed at the center and the
component is not likely to be in the
slanted pickup posture.Make sure
the component pickup or slanted
pickup is not found via the
recognition images or recognition
error image history.
2) If the Ans14 (16) error occurs due
to improper component pickup
condition, check if the nozzle size
data is set properly.
3) Make sure that unnecessary
lamp offset data is not entered. The
lamp value (LAMP2) of the
reflective light has been set when
specifying shadow recognition.

Parts Recognition Error
Any of the following causes
is likely:
1) Component outer shape
information not detected on
the recognition screen
during component outer
shape position detection
(rough detection
processing).
- Image noise content inside
component and uneven
brightness in component
background found.
- Abnormal nozzle protrusion
in shadow lighting.
- Incorrect recognition target
detection position due to
displacement in component
pickup position.
2) Error in component outer
shape information in
component outer shape
detection (rough detection
processing).
- Invalid electrode array
angle detected in electrode
array components.
- Invalid brightness in outer
shape information.
- There are smaller amount
of sample to be detected to
be outer shape.
(Recognition error -
Recognition target not
detected)
Take any of the following measures:
1) Check the component pickup
position and pickup condition.
Make sure the component pickup
position is not placed at the center
and the component is not likely to
be in the slanted pickup posture.
Make sure the component pickup
or slanted pickup is not found via
the recognition images or
recognition error image history.
2) Make sure that unnecessary
lamp offset data is not entered. The
lamp value (LAMP2) of the
reflective light has been set when
specifying shadow recognition.
3) Make sure the nozzle size and
component outer size are
correct.When the shadow lighting
is used, the component outer size
needs to be sufficiently large for
the nozzle size.
4) Check the registered shape of
component.Make sure the position
or size of the registered shape
agree with those of the component
image.Perform production data
teaching and check the image in
recognition (image and registered
shape data overlapped)
