Take measures in the following
order.
1) Turn the servo switch (One
position each at front and rear)
clockwise to turn it ON.
2) If the error persists even after the
servo switch is turned ON, the
switch may be broken.Contact
PFSC.

Transfer opening sensor is
OFF.
(Self-diagnosis error
occurred.)
Check the condition of the adjoining
machines.Choose [Machine] -
[Adjust] - [All] - [Input confirm] and
check the condition of the transfer
opening sensor.

Front X/Y axis and the Y-axis
of the rear X/Y axis interfered
with each other.
(Self-diagnosis error
occurred.)
If the error persists even after the
front and rear X/Y axes are
separated, contact PFSC.

Tape cover sensor 1 is
blocked.

occurred.)
Take any of the following measures:
1) Close the front cover of the tape
feeder.
2) Set the toggle lever of the tape
feeder properly.
3) Make sure that detection area of
the tape cover sensor is not
blocked by the top tape or big
component.
4) Choose [Machine] - [Adjust] - [All]
- [Input confirm] and check that the
feeder opening sensor 1 of the
table is OFF when the light from
the emitter is blocked, and ON
when the light from the emitter
reaches the detector. At this time,
make also sure that the green LED
is lit when the light from the emitter
is blocked, and the green and red
LEDs are lit when the light from
the emitter reaches the detector.
