Any of the following causes
is likely:
1) Power to the servo
amplifier is not ON.
2) Axis movement may not
be performed due to
interlock of the adjoining
machine.
(Servo amplifier failed to get
ready.)
Take measures shown with the
same number as that of the cause.
1) Make sure the power to the servo
amplifier is turned ON. If the power
is ON, turn the machine power
back ON and start production.
Check the situation of the error
occurred and error message, and
contact PFSC.
2) Release the safety device of the
adjoining machine.
1567
Any of the following causes
is likely:
1) Axis movement was
disabled because it was
attempted with the Servo
Switch Off.
2) Axis movement failed due
to interlock of the adjoining
machine.
(Servo Off error occurred.)
Take measures shown with the
same number as that of the cause.
1) Choose [Machine] - [Adjust] - [All]
- [Input confirm] and check the
input condition of the servo switch.
2) Release the interlock of the
adjoining machine.

Plus limit sensor was
blocked while moving in the
(+) direction.
(Axis stopped.)
Move the axis in the (-) direction and
unblock the limit sensor. Check the
mounting condition of the (+) limit
sensor. If the error persists, contact
PFSC.

sensor. If the error persists, contact
PFSC.
1572
Origin return has not been
completed because the origin
position of the motor cannot
be found.
(Origin return failed to
complete properly.)
Check the origin sensor for proper
wiring and make sure the sensor is
not broken.
1573
Improper procedure was
taken in software processing.
(Parameter error occurred in
update of the teaching speed
during machine stop.)
Close the error screen and restart
production. Then, check the
situation of the error occurred and
error message, and contact PFSC.
1574
Improper procedure was
taken in software processing.
(Absorb clear was issued
during servo lock.)
Turn the machine power back ON
and start production. Then, check
the situation of the error occurred
and error message, and contact
PFSC.
1575
Plus soft limit was exceeded
during movement in the (+)
direction.
(Axis stopped.)
Move the axis in the (-) direction and
clear the (+) soft limit. If the error
persists, contact PFSC.
