Cause Inspection and Solution
Any of the following causes
is likely:
1) Power to the servo
amplifier is not ON.
2) Axis movement may not
be performed due to
interlock of the adjoining
machine.
(Servo amplifier failed to get
ready.)
Take measures shown with the
same number as that of the cause.
1) Make sure the power to the servo
amplifier is turned ON. If the power
is ON, turn the machine power
back ON and start production.
Check the situation of the error
occurred and error message, and
contact PFSC.
2) Release the safety device of the
adjoining machine.
1567
Any of the following causes
is likely:
1) Axis movement was
disabled because it was
attempted with the Servo
Switch Off.
2) Axis movement failed due
to interlock of the adjoining
machine.
(Servo Off error occurred.)
Take measures shown with the
same number as that of the cause.
1) Choose [Machine] - [Adjust] - [All]
- [Input confirm] and check the
input condition of the servo switch.
2) Release the interlock of the
adjoining machine.
1570
Plus limit sensor was
blocked while moving in the
(+) direction.
(Axis stopped.)
Move the axis in the (-) direction and
unblock the limit sensor. Check the
mounting condition of the (+) limit
sensor. If the error persists, contact
PFSC.
