The degree of
perpendicularity of the
component outer edge
(molding) or lead array is
incorrect.Opposite sides of a
square chip are not parallel
or the side angles of a lead
array component are not
perpendicular.The lead array
of a miniature transistor or
other component is not
straight or parallel because
the leads are not aligned in
the length direction.
(Recognition error -
Component outer edge angle
(parallelism or
perpendicularity)
Take any of the following measures:
1) Check the condition of the
electrodes.If the lead length of the
lead array components differs
partly, register the lead length
correctly.
2) Check the component pickup
position and pickup
condition.Make sure the
component pickup position is not
placed at the center and the
component is not likely to be in the
slanted pickup posture.

area are not different enough
to distinguish the

Take any of the following measures:
1) Check the image status of the
component.If the color level of the
image is not separated on the
image as follows, check the setting
of lamp value or component size
data (outer shape size).<In
component recognition>Shadow
light: Component background in
white/Components in
blackReflective light: Component
background in black/Component
electrode in white
2) Check that the target component
appears in the window.If the target
component does not appear in the
window, check the pickup position
and the component size data
(external size).

Take any of the following measures:
1) Check the variation in height or
pickup condition of the target
component.
2) In case of the recognition error of
Ans46(30-36), partly raised
(floating) electrode is
determined.Check the setting
value of Recognition option: Float
limit.Detection errors with the
Ans46 (37) determine the
levelness of the component as a
whole to be NG.Check the pickup
surface of the component for
slanted pickup due to
protrusion.<Phenomenon2>Recog
Err Reversing.<Cause>Reversing
and pickuping.･Lead component
height of parts is larger than
threshold.<Solution>Take any of
the following measures.1) Check
the pickup condition.2) Parts
