1) Check the variation in height or

pickup condition of the target

component.

(floating) electrode is

determined.Check the setting

value of Recognition option: Float

limit.Detection errors with the

Ans46 (37) determine the

levelness of the component as a

whole to be NG.Check the pickup

surface of the component for

slanted pickup due to

too much or is insufficient

because of crushed balls

with ball array components

or bent leads with lead

array components.This

error also occurs if the

recognition option:

Take any of the following measures:

1) Check the position and size of

the electrodes of the registered

component shape.Make sure that

unstable shape on the image other

than the electrodes is not

registered.

2) Check the image status of the

electrode.If the electrode of the

array electrode components is

partly dark, adjust the lamp value

so that the brightness of the

electrode will be uniform.

3) In case of the recognition error of

Ans47(51), make sure the position

or level registered in the

brightness check option is correct.
