Take any of the following measures:
1) Check the condition of the
component's electrodes.For lead
components, make sure there is
no variation in lead width.If the
lead width differs partly, register
the width of the component
concerned correctly.
2) Check the image status of the
electrodes.For ball components,
the ball may look smaller than the
actual ball size depending on the
status of the ball shape.In such a
case, adjust the lamp value so that
the image of the ball may be equal
to the entered size.Or correct the
entered value of the back diameter
according to the image status.
3) Check the allowable value for
recognition.If the electrode width
sizes of actual components differ
widely, specify Recognition option:
Lead width/ball diameter limit.

Take any of the following measures:
1) Check the condition of the

lead length differs partly, register
the lead length of the component
concerned correctly.
2) Check the image status of the
electrode at the endsIf the shape
of the ends like J-lead component
or curved component is unclear on
the image, adjust the lamp value
and correct the image status.(At
this time, the side lighting is
effective.)
3) If the arrangement of ball array
components is not in lattice-
shaped, specify Shape property:
Irregular array ball.(At this time,
the ball data needs to be taught by
the machine.)

the lead length differs partly,
register the lead length of the
component concerned correctly.
2) Check the component pickup
position and pickup
condition.Make sure the
component pickup position is not
placed at the center and the
component is not likely to be in the
slanted pickup posture.

Pitch between adjoining
electrodes for evenly spaced
array electrode components
is improper^ or entire length
of electrode arrangement is
invalid.This error also occurs
with unevenly spaced BGA
components^ if the detected
ball position deviates greatly
from the teaching position.

Take any of the following measures:
1) Check the component for bent
lead.
2) Check the pitch data to be
registered.If the amount of bent
can be tolerated with the
component with actually bent lead,
specify the allowable lead bent
(pitch) of the recognition option.In
case of the error of Ans35 (35), the
entire length of electrode
arrangement is judged to be
invalid.In such a case, check the
pitch data to be registered.
