Any of the following causes
is likely:
1)Recognition mark is out of
camera's view.
2)Recognition error occurred
due to dirt on PCB.
3) Mounting point recognition
coordinates are incorrect.
(Single stop error occurred.)
Take measures shown with the
same number as that of the cause.
1) Move the camera to the
recognition mark position using the
inching function and press the [Re-
recognize] button.
2) After cleaning the recognition
camera and PCB, press the [Re-
recognize] button. If the
recognition error occurs again,
press the [No Recognition] or
[Pass] button.[No Recognition]:
Proceeds to the next process
without performing
recognition[Pass]: Pass the PCB.
3) Choose [Production data] -
[Correct] - [Mount] and enter the
mounting point recognition
coordinates correctly.

Save the inching amount as the
offset.

thermal relay protection has
not been set properly.

Reset the thermal relay. Choose
[Machine] - [Adjust] - [All] - [Output
confirm] and check the vacuum
pump for proper movement. If any
problem is found, contact PFSC.

Make sure the cooling fan for the Y-
axis motor is turning.

detected as bad patterns at
bad mark judgement.

Take any of the following measures:
1) Remove the applicable PCB from
the machine and restart production.
2) To pass the PCBs with all bad
patterns, enable the [All pattern
bad board pass].

Communication failed due to
broken cable in the
communication system or
trouble such as power OFF
of the hub.
(Single stop error occurred.)
Check the communication system
and make sure the power to the hub
is turned ON.When simplified LNB
is used, make sure the power to the
PC is turned ON. To restart the LNB
conveyor or simplified LNB PC
during production, set all the
machines on the line to the cycle
stop mode or return to the main
menu to restart production.
