2) Nozzle or filter clogged.

3) Component is not

securely picked up by the

nozzle.

4) Sensor may be at fault.

Take measures shown with the

same number as that of the cause.

1) Remove dropped component and

restart the machine.

2) Clean the nozzle and filter.

3) Remove the component and

restart production.

4) Choose [Machine] - [Adjust] -

[Head] - [Vac output check] and if

any problem is found, contact

PFSC.

open/close the nozzle changer.

Check for proper movement. If

stopped or caught on the way,

perform cleaning.

2) Replace the cylinder.

3) Replace the nozzle.
