Any of the following causes

is likely:

1) Component was carried

back without mounting it.

2) Nozzle or filter is clogged

with dust or dirt.

3) Sensor may be at fault.

(Single stop error occurred.)

Take measures shown with the

same number as that of the cause.

1) Remove the remaining

components from the nozzles and

restart the machine.

2) Clean the nozzle and filter.

3) Choose [Machine] - [Adjust] -

[Head] - [Vac output check] and if

any problem is found, contact

PFSC.

Then perform appropriate

maintenance and reset the setting

of bad nozzles.

1) Recognition mark is out of

camera's view.

2) Recognition error

occurred due to dirt on PCB.

3) PCB recognition

coordinates are incorrect.

Take measures shown with the

same number as that of the cause.

1) Using the inching function, move

the camera to the recognition mark

position and press the Re-

recognize button.

2) After cleaning the recognition

camera and PCB, press the Re-

recognize button. If the recognition

error occurs again, move the

camera to the recognition mark

position with the Pass button or

inching function and press the

Manual set button. [Pass]: Pass

the PCB.[Manual set]: Save the

inching amount as the offset.

3) Choose [Production data] -

[Correct] - [PCB] - [PCB recog.]

and enter the correct PCB

recognition coordinates.
