is likely:

1) Nozzle came off during

pickup or mounting.

2) Filter is clogged.

3) Sensor may be at fault.

Take measures shown with the

same number as that of the cause.

1) Check the nozzle and attach it if it

came off.

2) Clean the filter.

3) Choose [Machine] - [Adjust] -

[Head] - [Vac output check] and if

any problem is found, contact

PFSC.

3) Deformed or bent nozzle

Take measures shown with the

same number as that of the cause.

1) Choose [Machine] - [Adjust] -

[Head] - [Nozzle exchange] and

open/close the nozzle changer.

Check for proper movement. If

stopped or caught on the way,

perform cleaning.

2) Replace the cylinder.

3) Replace the nozzle.

Take measures in the following

order.

1) Move the camera to the center

position of the component using

the inching function and press the

[Recognize] button.

2) If the recognition error occurs

again, move the camera to the

center position of the component

using the inching function and

press the [Manual set]

inching amount as the offset.

camera's view.

2)Recognition error occurred

due to dirt on PCB.

3) Mounting point recognition

coordinates are incorrect.

Take measures shown with the

same number as that of the cause.

1) Move the camera to the

recognition mark position using the

inching function and press the [Re-

recognize] button.

2) After cleaning the recognition

camera and PCB, press the [Re-

recognize] button. If the

recognition error occurs again,

press the [No Recognition] or

[Pass] button.[No Recognition]:

Proceeds to the next process

without performing

recognition[Pass]: Pass the PCB.

3) Choose [Production data] -

[Correct] - [Mount] and enter the

mounting point recognition

coordinates correctly.
