condition.Make sure the

position is specified, check the
allowable range.

invalid.Component size in L
direction differs widely from
registered data.
(Recognition error -
Measurement result in size L
direction)
Take any of the following measures:
1) Check the component outer
shape size and the distance of
shapes in L (X) direction.For
components with electrodes at
both sides, check the distance
between the electrodes.In case of
a recognition error of Ans25
(30~39), an error is detected when
performing detailed check of the
component size.If the component
size varies widely and variation
can be tolerated with actual
components, specify the
Recognition option: Component
size limit.
2) Check the image status of the
component at both sides.If the
shape of the ends like J-lead
component or curved component
is unclear on the image, adjust the
lamp value and correct the image
status.(At this time, the side
lighting is effective.)
3) Check the component pickup
position and pickup
condition.Make sure the
component pickup position is not
placed at the center and the
component is not likely to be in the
slanted pickup posture.
