In this machine, the following data is used.

Please fully understand the purposes of each data for better perfor-

mance of the machine.

Pattern Program (Section 2)

Component Library (Section 3)

Management Data (Section 4)

System Setting (Section 5)

• Pattern Program

Pattern programs must be created for each P.C.B. to be produced.

The automatic operation of this machine is controlled by these pat-

tern programs.

• Component Library

This library stores data related to picks, recognition, and placement

of each individual component.

Refer to "Component Library" (Another Manual: TIM-X Series)

for detailed information on the component library.

• Management Data

This management data contains "Management Data", "Pattern Pro-

gram Management Data", "Component Handling Error Rate Data",

etc.

• System Setting

This function is used to set up various data such as the system data,

the nozzle data, and the machine setup data, etc., related to the sys-

tem.

The component IDs in the compo-

nent library are used in the pattern

program.
