(4) [B: missing recog] Button
Each text box shows the number of missing components de-
tected through recognition operation for each individual nozzles.
(5) [C: vacuum sensor] Button
Each text box shows the number of component pick-up errors
detected by the vacuum sensor (errors not detected through the
component recognition) for each individual feeders.
(6) [D: cmpnt recog] Button
Each text box shows the number of errors detected through rec-
ognition operation for each individual nozzles.
(7) [Total Errors] Button
Each text box shows the total number of errors detected in (2)
through (6).
(8) [Rate of Error (%)] Button
Each text box shows the percentage of the total number of errors
per the number of picked components.
(9) [Nozzle Clear/Change Date] Button
Each text box shows the clear date for each individual nozzles.
When one of the above buttons is pressed, the stocker address
with the biggest parameter under the selected button is dis-
played in the first line and stocker addresses having the subse-
quent (second, third, fourth, ...) biggest parameters follow.
That is, parameters are re-arranged in order of error counts
(from the biggest to the smallest ones), making it easy to ana-
lyze and improve production rate.
When the [Stk. - Add.] button is pressed, the stocker-address
Nos. are arranged in their initial order (order of nozzle stocker
Nos. - nozzle address Nos.).
*2 Vertical Scroll Bar
Scroll arrows are located at both ends of a scroll bar. The up or the
down arrow can be pressed to scroll up or down a tab sheet to
expose hidden nozzle stocker and address Nos.
*3 Horizontal Scroll Bar
Right and left arrows are located at both ends of a scroll bar. The
right or the left arrow can be pressed to scroll right or left a tab sheet
to expose hidden parameters (data for the hidden head-nozzle Nos.).

The corresponding tab sheet enables the operator to view the handling/
placement data.
Sheet Layout
When the "Handling/Placement Data" tab is pressed in the "Manage-
ment Data" window, the following tab sheet appears inside the window.

Sheet Composition
*1 Description and Count
The following items are displayed.
(1) *Total components
Shown is the number of component picks.
*A: component missing [sensor]
Shown is the number of component missing errors detected by
the vacuum sensor.
(Case: "NG" (No Good) in Component Recognition and Vacuum
Sensor)
*B: component missing [recognition]
Shown is the number of component missing errors detected
through component recognition operation.

*1
*C: vacuum sensor error
Shown is the number of components judged "NG" (No Good) by
the vacuum sensor although the components are judged "OK"
through component recognition operation.
*D: component recognition
Shown is the number of components judged "NG" (No Good)
through recognition operation.
(2) Component chuck
[((*total cmpnt-(*A+*B+*C))/*Total cmpntX100](%): Value (%) de-
termined by the following formula
(# of Picks - (Counts in *A + Counts in *B + Counts in *C))/# of
Picks x 100
(3) Component placement
[((*total cmpnt-(*A+*B+*C+*D))/*Total cmpnt)X100](%):Value (%)
determined by the following formula
(# of Picks - (Counts in *A + Counts in *B + Counts in *C + Counts
in *D))/# of Picks x 100
Counting of "A: Component missing [sensor]" and "B:
Component missing [recognition]"
Although the machine stops in an error condition according to
the number of times (the number of continuous component
missing errors to be counted to stop the machine in an error
condition) set in the "1" text box of the label "Error process" in
the "Component Library" window, the number of component
missing errors is not added to the number of picks and the num-
ber of pick-up errors.
